What is a Middleman?

A middleman is a trusted third party who helps facilitate trades between two parties. They hold items or funds until both parties fulfill their obligations, ensuring a safe and fair transaction. Our automated middleman system creates private channels where you can conduct trades with oversight from our support team.

How the Middleman System Works

Step 1: Request Middleman

In any ticket channel, click the "Request Middleman" button. This will create a private middleman channel specifically for your trade.

Step 2: Add Trading Partner

In your private middleman channel, paste the Discord User ID of the person you're trading with. They will automatically be added to the ticket with full permissions.

Step 3: Communicate & Trade

Both parties can now communicate in the private channel. Discuss trade details, share screenshots, and coordinate the exchange while our support team monitors the process.

Step 4: Support Team Assistance

Our support team will join the channel to assist with the trade, verify items/funds, and ensure both parties fulfill their obligations before releasing the trade.

Before Using Middleman

For digital items like game accounts, NFTs, or digital codes, the middleman will verify ownership and ensure proper transfer before releasing payment.

Example: Trading a CS:GO knife for Bitcoin - middleman holds the knife until Bitcoin is received and verified.

Physical Item Trading

For physical items, the middleman will coordinate shipping and verify delivery before releasing payment to the seller.

Example: Trading a phone for cash - middleman holds the cash until phone is shipped and delivered.

Service Trading

For services like design work or coding, the middleman will verify completion and quality before releasing payment.

User Not Found

Make sure you're using the correct Discord User ID, not username or tag.

Channel Permissions
